I was amazed at how Kundalini could quiet my mind and help me feel calm and relaxed while giving me a work out. Power Yoga made me feel stronger and more flexible than I’ve ever felt. When I started taking yoga at Urban Breath, I was very stressed and suffering from anxiety/depression. The teachers there were very supportive and I received a lot of one on one instructions. Urban Breath and the Roaming Studio [Yoga@Work] have become an important part of my work week. Prior to taking classes with the Roaming Studio I had taken Yoga and Pilates classes at two gyms. The Roaming Studio's instructors are far superior. In my experience the instructors have always made every effort to make the classes a comfortable and relaxing environment, while pushing you to improve with each class. When I began taking classes I could not do the majority of the exercises due to an arm injury. The modifications the instructors showed me allowed me to work at my own level all the while improving my overall strength and flexibility. In the year that I have taken classes I have noticed significant changes in my body that I was not achieving through other forms of exercise. Besides the physical benefits of the classes the mental relaxation and mediation are wonderful, especially during a busy day. The peace and relaxation I feel after class rejuvenates me for the rest of the work day
