This class designed for students who need deep relaxation and stress relief. You will practice gentle poses to open your muscles, restorative poses to replenish the body, and basic meditations to calm the mind. Gentle yoga welcomes beginners as well as experienced students. |

Designed for true beginners, this class offers an introduction to the very basics of yoga. Fundamental postures, alignment, breathing, and relaxation techniques will be covered in a safe and fun environment. All levels of fitness and experience welcome. |

Aimed at encouraging strength and flexibility, this class will review and build on basic standing and seated postures, balancing, breathing, and meditation. All levels welcome, but some yoga experience or general physical fitness is recommended. |

This class will incorporate some more intermediate postures and will move a little quicker than a Level I class. Previous experience is recommended but variations will be shown to offer different levels of challenge. |
